Finally I've been able to submit 3 .ins.....

ZTNET isn't down. All html pages at MARP are coming up just fine. The problem is no scripts are running.
Perhaps they are in the process of resetting or updating that.

yes, cuz the "up" and "confirms" are both just html files...as stated above any URL that's just html works just fine. No scripts are running...which is searching or "loads" for up-loads etc.
