Separate cameltrick romset would solve this, but would there be anobody else than novice to play it. Playing that way is so boring stuff, that novice would be very lonely when it comes to competition. I do not want another entry created for this kind of "play".

There is still tricksbugs page at Marp.

Otherwise I do agree with LN2 maybe 98% of time. I have to admire your clearness of logic. 8)

thx, although 98% agreement is kind of scaring me...hehe 8O I am a very analytical person. I think in forums sometimes though cuz I am so cut and dry in my logic etc. it seems impersonal and not very friendly.

I know I often even overanalyze stuff....just part of my analytical personality. I know I extremely overanalyzed Cameltry....was a lot of various discussion about it that's for sure.

Novice, I would love to see your inp on the tricks page here at MARP cuz it is a cool example that fits right in with the other inps on that tricks page. You can even include a readme explaining how you did the trick etc. for that page.

Barry, care to fix that URL? format of it got messed up where it's also so long it was truncated or something in it's display cuz copying what I thought was the URL returns a 404.

Thx.

I just want to watch it to see how much you can control the warping with a lot of practice. I don't care about it other than that.

I have had no interest in playing Cameltry anymore since learning of the trick....shame how stuff like that can totally spoil a cool game.

Everything between the two URL tags should be the link. Yes, it is that long. Blame the forum software for not liking it. :)

Entertaining inp, funny. But not really skill, just knowing the tricks. 3 massive bumber leeches in one game. This is what novice would call skillful play, hah.

Whats the challenge when at some levels you see the goal when level starts -just spin once fast, and you're straight in goal. This one really demonstrates how to violate the spirit of the game. Anyone can do this, with right spinner.

I hope this warp trick is ok by marp rules though -evil propose was rejected by 33% ? 8O

It's a shame we didn't know about that 9,999,990 inp file for others to view as a sample showing what allowing the trick truly would mean.

By watching Novice's inp they only saw a small sample of what you could do.

If no one else votes at this point it is banned anyway...barely..no thx to my incorrect vote.

It doesn't really matter now cuz Novice had deleted his trick inp here.

I haven't watched this 9,999,990 inp yet though. I have to watch it within VirtualPC on my mac...so sort of a pain to launch that, bootup windows in emulation mode..then run mame emulation within that...it's slow...tedious...etc.

All 3 Guys ,(LN2,TJT and Francois) are incredibly rule.
Never speak ill of others.

I was very glad because that 2.2 million replay calls master player of those days.
I have nothing to say you feel that play is No SKILL.
but I know all 3 guys can not make(not do-not but can-not) such replay.
even if with 10years trial.
He know the reasonable timing and many trials.
I simply bow down.
He was a player of MAMENAVI and makes
"The re-play of frequency of the highest download"(shadow-land finish and went to heaven).

my skill and knowledge do not reach his level.
As for juckmakers like 3 of you insulting him,
is equal the children insult the adult.

you are SO RUDE.
I do not blame your poor effort, poor logic, poor skill, poor score, poor knowledge and poor head.
but never permit impoliteness.

I have seen the recording, and my honest opinion is that it is very cool stuff to see! I love watching things like that, and he is a real master of that way of playing cameltry. Personally I don´t like doing it myself, and I prefer to play it the ordinary way.

I have no doubts that he can master the game playing inside the maze too btw , no doubts at all.

I still think that stuff like that belongs on the tips and trickspage though. Why? well it turns the game into something completly different.
Don´t take me wrong on this.. Like I said before, I love to see things like that, but for a site like this I don´t think they fit into the ordinary category.
Great skill though. In THAT category of playing the game.

Just my opinion.
