Static pages load fine. Like http://replay.marpirc.net/upload.htm
The scripts themselves are not slow either, they typically report normal running times, so something is delaying the execution of the scripts, or delaying the result.
I'll try to poke seymour again tonight.

If you're curious about puyopuy2 scores there's a thread about it in the MAME Championships sub-forum: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=15305. I haven't noticed any loading issues with the forum.
I've also been keeping my own little scoreboard for fun: Google Sheets scoreboard for K11. Obviously this one is not official.
