Is there a questionable record?
If making here public is a problem, could you teach to me in a private message?

in truth you can't prove with out a doubt that any non secure mame recording has been created by cheating. And there is only minimal proof secure mames can provide against cheating. So why do we like to suggest secure mame recordings? Because (1) it will be slightly harder to cheat maybe to convince someone who wants to cheat that it's beter not to and (2) everyone can use the same version to record playback on the site. However if you enforce the use of secure mame, it won't reduce the number of people who will submit cheating recordings, in fact it might make more learn how to cheat with the secure version just to upload.
There are very few non secure recordings currently on marp that show doubt. The following dodonpachi recording exhibits the most clear doubt by analyzing the press timings which are on average too fast (from leading edge of press to tailing edge of press) for average "fast" human presses, so we can sort of assume either autofire or unintentional slowdown (slow computer) was used.

Based on the voting on the '"requre WolfMAME" poll so far, I now know that not only do not all all MARP members not fully understand that WolfMAME isn't terribly "secure", but the majority don't. There is clearly a false sense of security with WolfMAME.
MARP MEMBERS TAKE NOTICE: WolfMAME is open source (and even when the code wasn't published, it wasn't very complex). Cheating in it is fairly simple for people that know how to program well, and there are ways to cheat even if you can't program. You should treat any WolfMAME recording with slightly less skepticism than you do a non-Wolf recording. If the recording doesn't look right ASK questions.

It's not important. They can cheat if they know how to program, but how many peoples will do it in the world? 1? 2? 3? Probably 0.
Most important is block simply cheats, for example pause, rerecording. I personally knows recordings where pause was used (are confirmed on MARP), don't ask which recordings, I don't say it for not discredit their authors.
