Can't see any finishing time when playbacking so my previous suggestion sucks.
So simpler the better, double ko's not counted:

Proposition 1
10 x (nb of rounds won) - (nb of rounds lost) + 0 x (nb of double ko's
or less simple, counting finishing times each round WON, double ko's not counted

At rounds won, time remaining counted together - 10 x (nb of rounds lost) + 0 x (nb of double ko's)
1. would be most simple
2. makes chance of several players having tied first place harder
Bleh, I'm Karate Champ, so kickboxing scoring is awkward for me

Tied ranking is not good thing... So I vote to "2".
Adding... if you check my finished input, note the time count differently:
- still the "great champion" (reset time each round);
- after the "great champion", in Extra fights (time decrease continuously round by round, don't reseting).

Well, just noticed when counting points for Metracle's inp that "extra fight"-time can't be counted well with option 2.
Therefore we will count scores using option 1, it is easier and normal way at marp anyway. So after this short? discussion...only thing that changed was double k.o.'s not counting for points. Sorry for delay and confusion

Any editor feel free to edit special rules for Holosseum, and change Metracle's score of 106 to 97.
