ok i CAN playback tar's too in 98 only with out sound, it appears you can record with sound on this game though the playbacks will only work with out sound. not a 63 like issue, Since both the 126k and 167k recordings worked for me with out sound and i think tar recorded the 126k with sound.

I made an observation.
if the red ship is shot,
the rotation is slow.
if the green ship is hit,
rotation speed is o.k.
