i just discovered a couple more which could do with splitting.
"superabc" and "superabco".
the games on there are:
pacman; mspacman; ms. pac attack; pacman plus; ms pacman after dark; ultra pacman; and piranha.
all these games have a speed-up option.

OK, I created the following splits for superabc and superabco

-pac ...[Pacman]
-msp ...[Ms. Pacman]
-mpa ...[Ms. Pac Attack]
-pmp ...[Pacman Plus]
-mad ...[Ms. Pacman After Dark]
-upm ...[Ultra Pacman]
-pir ...[Piranha]

I am not going to double them for the speed up option.

You listed Ms. Pac Attack, so is there also another Pac Attack or do I just make it a man???

there are both ms. pac attack and pac attack.
you need to add pac attack.

What's the deal with these last couple of versons of Mame?

How can they be new games if most sites have these Romsets with files missing?

I see guy's playing them.. But I do not have a clue how they are finding the romsets!

Maybe you just need to look harder.
