Marathon settings are diff=5, 3 start men and an extra every 25k.

you show diff=10. use diff=5 for both TGTS and marathon tracks. for a bit diff=10 was used I think...so I will have to recheck on this to make sure it was changed back to 5.

even the TG scoreboard isn't showing this correctly so I will attempt to edit the track to fix it as for "marathon" it shows as "factory default"(although wasn't factory default diff=3?!?!?) If so then a third track of marathon will need to be there.

but also only 5 men, no extra men awarded comment...so I will add that.


I will find the thread at the TG forums on this...or maybe in my e-mail.

this is exactly what I was referring to at TG. We need the tracks to describe the settings completely so there is no ambiguity at all.

I believe factory default is diff=5, but 3 "units" to start with +25k, as at mame. Although it shouldn't matter at marathon attempt if you had 3 or 5 men to start with.

Diff=3 is the default difficulty on the yellow/orange (robotryo) romset. Difficulty 5 is the default on the solid blue (robotron).

So, has anybody else played on the MARP settings of Diff=10 / 3 start men and an extra every 25k? What are some other scores people have been getting?

I must have completely lost my touch on this game, as I have only been able to manage a high score of 374k, and that is on WolfMAME 101 & the new Robotron.zip romset.
