Wolfmame seems about what I'm used to - and playing back recordings it says 'recording 100%' and 60/60 frames all the time (it might drop to 99% very briefly) ... does that mean it will pass the analinp thing?

An average of 90% is the general cutoff point. So you should be fine so long that speed is relatively constant.
