Yes 2 lives was also the default in mame59
Concerning the playback, we couldn't read the inp simply because it was the wrong one !
That's what Skito told me :
"try downloading this again, Chika uploaded a bogus 16100 recording and some how changed it's score to 114700, i confirmed it
because i had already downloaded his previous score of 114700, i edited the 16100 and the 114700 showed up. should be ok now."
And now it is ok : it playbacks to the claimed 114700 but I've edited it to 103700 which is the score after 2nd death...
Classified file I hope
(note that if k3 players upload also their scores on regular, it shouldn't no more longer the 1st place)

It should be fixed now ; try to upload again ...
Destructor has found a "leeching point" in the game (rockets in last stage). Example in the inp he mailed me <joined there> asking me if it can be admitted
I think yes, because this leeching is limited by the timer and it definitely cannot be an infinite leeching.
I would like to know your opinions anyway

bleh in stage 5 - how 2 get 2 stage 5
i figured out that leeching point but i cant manage 2 get there with one credit so i leave it
is it okej??? dont know how many points u can earn by standing there 2 the end of time??? if lots it can be dangerous because instead of finishing the game i can stand there and get more points
PS: there u can get lots of points - now I have 2 try 2 get there with one or two lives - MISSION IMMPOSSIBLE

I've had the same problem since yesterday. I can't upload inps using the regular "browse and upload" form, but have to upload them from webspace.

I think the leeching is ok in this game, as long as you don´t get there with 2 men, leeches like hell and die there.
I think you should at least stop at the time to have a decaent amount of time left to finish the stage on your last man.
If not, some guy could beat destructor by leeching two men and die both of them there... and get like 1 mil instead
On the other hand... finish that stage (the last I think) and you will get more points than the leeching is worth
