Puzzle de Pon! had a somewhat different play mechanic than Puzzle Bobble did whereas you had to free an object from the screen in order to clear the level. So it's not a complete clone like in the case of Magic Bubble and Puzzle Bobble 4. And yes it was from Visco(tm).
