Confirmation records state that brain seemingly plays back in MAME 34 FINAL - therefore, I suggest trying to make a recording in MAME 34 FINAL instead - and see if that helps out a bit. GB9

Isn't Brain one of those mid-80's Sega games where if you mess with
the frameskip during the recording, it screws up? So people should
say if they used frameskip to record it... that's the way my Sega
Ninja / Ninja Princess recordings were...

Yeah, looks like it needs -frameskip 0, after looking at comments
made on other Brain recordings. It seems to work fine with that, but
I haven't the time to look at it now.
