Safety Spot

It doesn't work in the gorf ROM set with current versions of MAME. If you notice, the screenshot above was from the gorfpgm1 ROM set which is better emulated. It worked in the arcades too, but the emulation for the gorf ROM set is not very accurate and has a lot of other problems besides just the safety spot not working.

Gaz: just leave the last laser guy,and then go extreme left and extreme up.

Should work. Must be a MAME thing. It worked in the arcades. Maybe a newer rom version made it impossible. I used gorfpgm1 ROM set .

And while we're at it, lets not forget about the old Defender safe spot.
Collect all ten humanoids, wait until there are no enemies on screen, and land those MF's....

Only really works on wave one, unless you are a master. But gives you an opportunity for an early smoke etc....

Talking about safespots.. are there any of these on some of the later bosses in strikers 1945 plus? 1-6, 1-7, 1-8 (or the semibosses) Maybe on the second loop? Even if I need one to even get to the second loop hrm
