It does playback correctly, but with NVRAM. Without NVRAM, the game displays one more screen of text and 1P button isn't pressed anymore after those, causing the replay to be still at PRESS 1P OR 2P TO START screen.
So at least it's a viewable content for entertainment but I guess not valid for our rules.
SK has been alerted he actually is willing to replace with higher score, hopefully with proper playback experience.

Same here.

Plays to the advertised score with initial NVRAM. Gets a credit, but doesn't start a game without NVRAM.
