WolfMAME 0.194

Just a note to say that binaries for WolfMAME 0.194 won't be immediately available, due to the MinGW cross-compiler I use deciding to no longer work. I'll have to come up some other way to get a working cross-compiler.

I'll build a full native (Linux 64-bit) version, and if that works (no reason it shouldn't), I'll push the wolf194 tag later today, which will allow others to build their own. If someone does build a Windows version, please post a link to it, and I'll upload it to the usual places.

Update: Kale has provided me with a Windows binary, so it is now available at github.

EDIT: Fixed archive, exe was put in the wrong place and I failed to notice.
