I know what a pain I'm making of the Playbackability forum. Would it be useful if a sub-forum was made for those threads which have reached a conclusion and then a mod move a thread into the sub-forum once the thread does (reach conclusion, that is)?
I think this is fine, and the volume is just the nature of the business, humans make mistakes. I don't think there is a less complex way (using the functionality of the forums) to make fixes and log them as partially or fully done. I guess Moving completed items to another forum might help someone who wants to help out find uncompleted items. But, If someone does want to help out they can always use this link.
This provides every user a way to get to posts they haven't seen yet, so they can catch up this way instead of looking through all posts in playbackability.
