Problem with spectar clone

I tried to send an inp a clone of Spectar called phantom but is not recognized by the system. what's the problem?

phantom looks like a good clone, and it is added to the closes of spectar list on marp, perhaps there's some misconfiguration cause it does say

'phantom' isn't a MAME short game name

correct the bad stuff and resubmit

when you submit a phantom recording, PL?

There are two different romset one called Phantoma and the other called phantom
