0.138u1: Alex Jackson changed 'Super Street Fighter II Turbo (World 940223)' from a clone of 'Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers (World 930911)' to parent set

In 0.140 it's a parent, and all you need is a recent SSF2T romset.

I also hate Street Fighter, but no matter what game (maybe except Rally X) I would be eaten alive in this round. Phil Lamat, not even with his arms tired to his back I would have a chance against him
