Round: 3
Game: Slap Fight (Japan set 1)
ROMset: slapfigh (note: you need 2 ROMsets: SLAPFIGH and ALCON in your ROMs folder)
Year: 1986
Default Settings:
Lives = 3
Bonus Life = 30000 100000
Difficulty = Medium
K9 rules:
- 4 (four) loops maximum!
- Use of tricks like "full fire", "maximum power-up", and advance some levels with the trick are allowed!
- Get "Helper" is allowed, however it's not allowed to use P2 control!
- Get extra star when starting a new life is allowed! Note: Despite there are 12 (or 16?) enemies between the last boss, and the exact starting point, the K9 score will be the score you have just after you defeat (by first time) the last boss in the 4th loop. And if you die just after beating him in the 4th loop, your score will finish at that moment. In other words, you are not allowed to defeat 4th loop last boss (earning the points) and respawn and try killing it again. Tip: There are many ways to increase points during the game! Good luck!
Round Start: (Sunday) 13 November 2011, 00:00:00 GMT (Round 3 is 6 days long)
Round End: (Friday) 18 November 2011, 23:59:59 GMT => TIME REMAINING (Link)
OFFICIAL BRACKETS HERE An important change: Now we have another bracket (Continue Bracket) after the Losers Bracket. Players that lose (in Losers Bracket) until the Round 6 will go down to this "last chance" bracket, and can continue in the competition. See the link for details!
In Round 3 will be allowed NewComers (late players) too, being the last chance to join K9. The rule for NewComers is the same as R2. I will add the slots in the losers bracket as soon as possible
- For "late players" (or "newcomers") that didn't play Round 1, they will be allowed to join in Round 2, however, the hard part is that they will enter in special matches, not head-to-head (2 players) match, however in "head-to-head-to-head" (3 players) matches against some of the worst placed in Round 1. Depending of the number of players in Round 1, and the number of players that want to join in Round 2, it's possible we have some "4 players matches". We will try to fit these special matches in a way to not affect players best placed in Round 1. Details to be decided according to the number of players involved in.
- We will call "slots" the positions where are the possibility of new players enter. Players that want to enter in Round 2 need to post your interest publicly in the forum related to that Round 2, or submit a record to that game with “K9” in the description. The time limit to post that you are interested is 48 hours (2 days) after the beginning of the round, and it’s required to submit the first INP in the time limit of 72 hours (3 days) after the beginning of the round. Chronological sequence will be considered, or by “lottery” if it seems necessary.
- Also to be decided yet, is the possibility of late players joining in Round 3, however in the losers bracket. To be decided!(yes, it was allowed for R3 too!)
Right! This is the reason of only accepting 0.140 for this round.
Another tip: Please wait until the title screen to press any button, to avoid enter in "Screen Test" screen. If you entered it, it's good you close your game, go to your "cfg" folder and delete "slapfigh.cfg" file, and restart your play and recording.

or copy the below text and save it as RECORD.BAT using notepad, into the wolfmame140 directory and run that everytime you try. The output will be in the INP directory.

If you're having problems with command line perhaps you should use Mamegui + wolfmame 0.140 (Mamegui allows to launch games as a frontend and get rid of commands )
