Confirmation rights

Hey folks... mainly the editors... how come Rax still doesn't have confirmation rights, even though he requested this several weeks ago? Can we have a resolution on this soon?

What exactly do the editors have to do? Rax and Chufoglu have been around long enough to be ok to confirm at least one editor thinks so. I think we just need to find the person who can allow the confirmation privs.

Technically, just two editors have to vote "aye". I thought Barry had access to add confirmers via the python script...
