Re: K7 - Round 2 - Metro-cross (metrocrs)
Awesome, I've always wanted a reason to play this game.
Re: K7 - Round 2 - Metro-cross (metrocrs)
Yeah... I always wanted to play this game, but I never got a chance to play in arcade. This one is way better than Mystic Marathon.
Great game selection, K7 coordinators.

I've found a bug in the game, although it's probably not new. But I'll make it public here so that there is a level playing field. Standing at just the right height allows one to fit between obstacles. With the skateboard, it is possible to coast through the stage if one is in the correct position.

Re: K7 - Round 2 - Metro-cross (metrocrs)
you can do this by aligning the wheel axle with the lines between the tiles, you can do this through out the game but random enemies get tougher to coast through, plus you still get slowed down when you are between slowdown tiles, plus you need to stomp on kick cans to get more points.

Re: K7 - Round 2 - Metro-cross (metrocrs)
For me, this game is very difficult. If you do a mistake, you can lose many points and sometimes, the game. I´ll do my best.
Long life to good games

To all the players of the round 2, please put K7 and not K-7 or K 7 in the description box or your score won't be visible in the k7 leaderboard

Just a quick question: Is delaying your score a tactic sometimes, especially in this stage of the competition?

Re: K7 - Round 2 - Metro-cross (metrocrs)
I can't speak for the past, but given that the rules require submissions to be no older than 48 hours, I imagine the organizers intend people to weigh any benefit they might gain by submitting late against the possibility that they might fail to make a good recording in the limited time remaining. I suppose a determined competitor would estimate how able they are to reproduce a good performance within a short time, and would choose to submit earlier to mitigate any such risk.Just a quick question: Is delaying your score a tactic sometimes, especially in this stage of the competition?
If one thinks one knows a secret that others don't, submitting late can mean others don't have time to respond, but if one has no such secret, submitting early can be a way to encourage others to submit, lest you advance to quickly for them.
If it's a level playing field, then all should be fine. I want to see the best demos possible, and for me, that means submitting early if I can post a demo that looks good. If, to post a good demo, I need to practice for the whole week, I may not submit a demo until later. With Viewpoint, I didn't submit many demos because I was dying pretty much and it got annoying; it wasn't fun for me to put as much time toward it as I might have.
This game is quite fun although I find some stages (like stage 12 and 13) annoying. I'll submit a better demo today if I can.
