Just did a game with a funny trick!
I have thrown the dragon in the pit with the enemy while killing it.
As i am not as good as some of you, no idea of the amount of points i got. Do you have an idea?

An earlier post had a link to Ghemant's FAQ, it explains the scoring. It is in Italian but use google translate to understand it.

I don't think too many players understand the scoring yet and don't know how to improve their scores. It might be a good idea to explain it here. I'll wait for one of the coordinators to comment.

I speak about the normal game, with magic attacks. Do you remember official gamest record for golden axe? 570,5, I think now, with the news in these 3 years is possible beat the barrier of 630,0 pts

with no magic rule 410,5 (The Pro's replay) isn't a limit points.

Ghemant, the secret to earn the maximum points is to kill that three enemies in the begining of 4th stage? They fall in the abysm by themselves, but could be possible kill them on the abysm?

in The Pro's replay, missed 3 great techniques, the sum of these 3 secrets is the limit points. I'm a chairman on K7 and I can't speak again about this .

Wow, I've found a few secrets but definitely more to find. I'll also find some time to try to beat the game without dying...

Lol, Ghemant! I like secrets in game too! But I feel more happy when I see or when I understand the way.

I guess I know the answer. Look at the points of third stage. 86.0. If this is right... will be almost impossible do IMPOSSIBLE TARGET.

Another improvement in 3rd stage. 88.0 pts. It´s possible to do 90.0.

ooh! Innuendo have find a secret in stage 3!! Is the same secret that I know or is a new discovery?

However....

I made the structure of the first game in K7 about in february 2008, and till June the limit points with no magic rule was 400,5pts (with all old strategies and techniques). At this point, limit points was a normal target with 400 pts bonus in scoreboard if I rememeber well, and red mission was limit points + never damage. Then, a incredible discovery has increased the score ( ) of 18 pts. Then, new technique with Gilius to obtain more points in stage 4 ( ) (see The Pro's replay). 3 weeks ago a new incredible discovery with other 7,5pts ( ).

At this point I was sure 100% that the secrets was finish. But yesterday.... other 3 pts find (thanks Verty!)

After the discovery of the 18 pts, I have deleted old red target with limit+never damage, because was impossible to do with these new strategies.

Is strange but golden axe have a tons of misteries after 20 years!

Seems like the last 20 of us are improving our scores as well even though they're not so high. I was in 27 position yesterday and I increases my points by 200 and to my surprise I'm in 25th position, thought I would be better rated but seems like everybody hass been doing their homework on the top players .inp's

Has anyone ever tried to get Nicola Salmoria to have a go in one of these tournaments to try his luck? After all it's because of him that we get to have all the fun.
