How do I get the score display, speedometer, etc. to display for Turbo?

Unfortunately, the art download link doesn't work. Is there another place I can find the art for Turbo?

OK I know I'm gonna sound annoying now, but the pictures aren't displaying. Do I have to extract certain files to certain folders, or do they all go in one folder?
