Nice work Sawys. Would you like to insert a "Position" column about the overall scoreboard? It would be enough a separator from 36th and 37th ;)

Yeah, thanks for the update Sawys.
Looks like top 18 cut will be around 100 pts and top 36 around 60 pts. But who knows...

This way seeded players get most out of their rank and motivation for 3rd game stays high..

Now Tommi, you know that changing the rules mid-tournament is a no-no. :)

I wanted to add the position after the end of this round (useless before). Now that i've done it (automatically with excel formulas) i think that i won't add a separate for the moment because leaderboard will vary many times next week. I will finalize it after the end of the round 1.

problems to config my JOYPAD for PHELIOS...

same thing with POLE POSITION 2 (finished with keyboard)...


thinking about the 1st and 2nd games,i'll guess why the name of tournament is K6...

K = KAZUTO? (sakata) http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kazuto_Sakata
6 = 6 times more nervous than normal...

(Italians understand "KAZUTO"...)

i suggest a new tournament name:

H6

H = HYSTERICAL
6 = as above...

hope to solve "joypad CFG" problems as soon as possible!!!

impossible to play PHELIOS with keyboard...

You should, quite simply, be able to enable it with -joy (or Enable Joystick Input in the GUI). Default configuration should be fine, anyway.

Rules clarification

Can the coordiantors please clarify the rule that states:
3RD STAGE: ELITE ELIMINATION ROUND (18 players)

One week to reduce the number of the players to 12: top 4 get a bye and, therefore, a week rest for stage 4.
How are the top 4 determined? Is it the top 4 based only on the game in the 3rd stage, or is it top 4 based on cumulative results from all previous games?

I've asked the other coordinators twice about this... so we should have a resolution for you shortly.

My unofficial guess: we extend the 70-60-55-50-49 business to determine the top 4.

I think that the rule stats no interconnection or dependency from Round 3 respect Round 1 or 2. Moreover Round2 is a head_to_head, and we know that will be eliminated people with very high scores, only because their adversary will be even stronger. Round2 is a discontinuity to cumulative scoring.
Rules don't stat that Round1 scoreboard would have effect later, except in tie cases, and only for round1 scoreboard.

Boy, my friends THINK I'm a rules lawyer... boy they're sadly mistaken!

In that case, it'll probably be traditional seeding... 12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1... but again, unofficial guess.
