Alpha, after watch your replay I don't believe that I didn't found method for more points on stage 1-2. Now 200k on 2-1 is easy.

765k is possible to beat even with lost one life. Otherwise I tried to beat your score (and I will beat your score:P) but more interesting is where is possible to get more points on stages like 1-2. I will work more (for max maximizing score) on Shinobi if you beat my score over 772-775k

He catch life on stage 3-1. But yes, on 2-2 is easiest because you can easily set digits.

Good question! I think I lost my concentration for a few minutes after that 200K score reach in 2-1, which was stress-provoking-close to the limit

. But in 3-1 my concentration was back

Alpha, sometimes this happen to me. I lose my concentration in some games... because (in my case) I feel nervous. eheheheheheeh.

I hope your battle don´t end right now. By the Destructor´s guide, there´s more two lifes to catch, right??

Yes, but this Shinobi version where it is possible isn't in MAME now.
The same with Rygar, I remember some differences between Rygar in my local arcades and these in MAME.

If someone will be interested I can write (with my weak english ) how to play on bonus stages with screenshots.

Yes, I will be very interested, especially the 4th bonus stage (It's so hard). I've scored +740k pts with missing the last bonus stage. I practice very hard with save state this bonus stage.
PS Des,If you want I can put all 4 bonus stage clear on video (from your last record) on my FTP.

Today I'm bit drunked, yesterday (on next day) I will write step by step how to play on 4th bonus stage. About 1st, 2nd, 3rd bonuses I will write too but maybe later.

I'm practicing since 4 hours on bonus stage 3 & 4 and finally, I found some patterns to clear all bonus stage.
Next step for me: +750k pts.

3rd bonus stage is simple. Stay in center and sometimes move to left or right and immediately back to center.

I have a question for Des: do you think it's possible to get more than 61500 pts on the last boss ? I don't think it's possible, but I'm not sure.

I've just scored +750k pts but I've lost 5k pts on the last boss (only 55k pts), so I could score 756k pts

The 4 bonus stage was complete but not the 200k pts extra at 2-1 (I've used this extra life on the 5-1 to leech)

I tried many times with different methods get more than 61500 on last boss, no success. I think is impossible get more.

If you want easy get 200k on stage 2-1 use leeching on stage 1-1 and 1-2. On 1-2 is enough.

PS. I have ready screenshots for 4th bonus but no time to write about it.
