Wolfmame Replay Bounties Special

I have decided to post some replay bounties. Here are the rules:

1) The replays must be made with Wolfmame version 0.99~0.106. You must use the default M68k C-core. I also have to be able to get the inp to playback. I am not eligible for my own bounties. If I make any replays that would have won a bounty, it does not matter. The bounty is still available until someone else submits a recording satisfying the requirements of that bounty.

2) For neo geo games is necessary bios Japan MVS 3. You must play the games with default settings. However, you can use a autofire. If you do use in-game autofire for the replay, please either post the replay here in this thread as an attachment, or post a link where I can download the replay from.

3) I reserve the right to disqualify anyone, at any time, for any reason.

4) The bounties expire December 31, 2007.

Here are the games and the bounties:


a) ROM: tophuntr (bios japan mvs 3)

Score over 1,500,000 pts and finish the game: $ 100

b) ROM: Guwange

Score over 90,000,000 pts and finish the game with Gensuke $ 100
Score over 90,000,000 pts and finish the game with Shishin $ 100

c) ROM: shocktr2 (bios japan mvs 3)

Score over 25,000,000 pts and finish the game $ 50

d) ROM: VARTHJ

Score over 10,000,000 pts with autofire enabled and finish the game $ 50

e) ROM: sonicwi3 (bios japan mvs 3)

Score over 5,000,000 pts, chara MAO MAO and finish the game $ 50

f) ROM: SNCWGLTD

Score over 3,000,000 pts and finish the game, chara MAO MAO $ 50

g) ROM: LRESORT (bios japan mvs 3)

Score over 700,000 pts and finish the game $ 50

h) ROM: SAMSHO2 (bios japan mvs 3)

Score over 700,000 pts with hanzo or Galford and finish the game $ 50

is it okay if I "co-sponsor" this bounty and put up an additional $50 myself? I really want to see this done more than anything else on the list.

it's ok for me :D

SHOCK TROOPERS 2: 25,000,000pts bounties = $ 100 (50+50)

after years and years of arcade gaming, now, I want know the secrets in the games on this my list.

All these score are possible, but some are very difficult. For exemple, there are little players in Japan with score more of 80,000,000 in Guwange. 3 player only have counter stop. And also is very difficult obtain 10,000,000 pts in Varth (however, if you use autofire on BOMB BUTTON, the game becomes easier).

I think that "easy bounties" (if you know the secrets) are Top Hunter and Last Resort and maybe shock troopers 2.

I tried to use the secrets described on aiva for top hunter during the challenge but with my PS2 pad i always missed the money bag :(

I remember that i succeeded 2 times only and not for my best score...

on AIVA, I write a document with secrets that I know. But for TOP HUNTER, I had tried to use all secrets and with save state i had obtained 1,000,000 pts max. (in aes, in 1996 I had 1,000,000pts because there are 4 stage more).

Gamest score is 1,945,000pts and I'm sure, there are many other secrets in this game. I want know them from long time.

I watched GHEMANTs replay for Top Hunter. And I don't have idea where is possible to made 900k more. Know someone? Where is the key? Maybe there is secret place for fast fisting as in Metal Slug 1 for leeching?
If someone saw replay with 1mln or more please link :P

Yesterday I watched Novice's Varth 7mln replay. And I'm interested where is hidden another 3mln points :roll:

in n. 86 of arcadia I see a new score ....

15,5 m +

now are 8.5 m missing eh eh :roll:
