It would appear that Sea Fighter Poseidon is like some of the other early Taito & Sega games such that if you do not use a constant frameskip, the game will often go out of synch on playback. You also can't adjust the frameskip when playing it back or it will go out of synch as well. Removing the throttling is ok during playback.
Perhaps it would be worth a special rule requesting frameskip=0 is used for all Sea Fighter Poseidon recordings?
