Where Can I Old MAMEPlus Versions

Post by tmorrow »

I've done some google searches, but haven't been able to locate them. The official site only seems to keep the most recent ones. I've got the real old ones (prior to 85) but I'm missing

85-86
88-89
91-99
101-112

If anyone can point me in the right direction to obtaining any of these I'd be grateful. Anywhere will do, http, ftp, bitorrent, irc, etc is fine.

I've got several INP's that I can't playback recording on these versions.

Only the WolfMAME version.

He's looking for regular MAMEplus.

Nobody ever cared enough about it to archive it.

Yeah, most sites seem to have only 1 or 2 of the most recent versions. Shouldn't the inp's work on the wolf version as well; or at least some of them?

From about 0.78 onwards until 0.106, they should. Even after 0.106, many may still work.

Ok, I'll try my luck with WolfMame, I have all of those. In the past I've had mixed mileage playing back INP's not recorded with the same MAME distribution and version they were recorded on.

106 and before: wolfmame is based on the mameplus source so you should have pretty decent luck with standard mameplus recordings.

At http://www.marcianitos.com you can get all the old versions of mame.Ask for "Almacén marciano"

Sorry ,the correct link is http://www.marcianitos.org.But "almacén marciano" is a restricted area.

Tell me which version you need ,and i will post it.
