destructor has the 1st seed guaranteed as long as he places better than 12th in the next round.
Remember of course that seeding isn't everything, you could always end up getting a game that the other person sucks at...

Just one thing i don't understand. If i finish 16th in the next round, i could not be qualified for the last 16 (because i'm 20th at this time) ?

If you come in 16th in the next round, you will of course be one of the final 16, yes. The seedings that were posted are only there as an approximation of where everyone stands after these last three rounds, for seeding purposes only. It has nothing to do with the final ranking. So you and the other players with seeding ranks from 17 to 24 are by no means out of it!
It's very possible that not all of the players with the current top 16 seeds will finish in the top 16 in the last elimination round. In that case, other players will get "bumped up" accordingly in the seeds.

Yeah, game is fully patterned. Set of pieces is depend from internal clock. If you don't use speed direction (down) and don't push button between stages (for faster end) and place pieces in the same pattern then set of pieces on next stages will be identical always.
