im looking for an emulator i can use to play the game i downloaded from this link

Works fine with the latest MAME version:

You will need to delete that ROM link now, or a moderator will do it for you.

when i launch the game it says insert coin lol how do i change this?
+ how do i figure out what the buttons for it are lol?

Default key is 5 for coin slot 1, keys 6 through 8 for other coin slots if the game supports these.
