Wich is the correct name of this NES game?
IMO, and according to HARP database, is "Gun Nac".

Here are more sources of "Gun Nac" name, however in the Internet have ohter sources with other names. PS.: I gerenally used GAMEFAQs as the most correct source to game names. Am I correct?

The titlescreen is the main source to the game names IMO. If not, the correct name of this game would NOT be "Pac-Land"... but "Pacland"...

The manual would likely give it away.
If in the manual it always has Gun-Nac instead of the - a diamond graphic, then the diamond graphic is part of the name.
It's not clear from the title screen and cartridge alone.
Pac-land on the other hand, is clearly pac-land IMHO...although again the manual for the game would reveal all.
