Crossword Puzzle: Arcade Arcanery

I've constructed a crossword puzzle with a video game theme. It is available to be worked as a Java applet here:

Some of the clues aren't what they appear at first, especially if they have a question mark after them. Also, some of them have meaning only in the context of a video game, and you're not always told which game!
