Help w/ "-override" command with WolfMame 0.97/0.9

Post by TStodden »

With the release of WolfMAME 0.97, the "-override" command was added... However, I have NO IDEA on what it does & how to use it!

Could somebody help by telling me about it?

It overrides the forced settings stored in the .wlf file. In case you want to use your own settings for playback (with the exception of 68000 core)

It's also necessary for using inps across the Linux and Windows versions, as the options structure differs between the two. I'm working on some sort of compatibility between them, but it's obviously not working just yet.
