can't play this one (mslugx) back, goes out of sync pretty quickly (used mame80 and mameplus80...) as advertised...

Try mameplus 80u1. It worked for me.

Don't forget the -m68k_c_core (-m68k_core after about 0.81) option, as that can affect any 68000-based game. And there are a lot of those.

Mog-Y.K has made a complete set of Battle Garegga replays, one for each ship.

if it's anything like the mslugx recording no one will be able to play this back (doesn't work with wolfmame80 and any m68k or other option i've tried) with out the mameplus it was record in, can someone please provide a link to mameplus80 that plays these mslug recordings back?

WOW! Almost 9 mil on mslug 2?!?! Must be some kind of leeching trick right? Like the one on mslug1. Regardless of that, I have to see this
