After over 54 hours of continuous gameplay, Brandon was overcome by a combination of fatigue and especially difficult gameplay and was forced to end his game just 18 million points shy of the 300 million point record and settle for second place...an amazing accomplishment in itself. Congratulations, Brandon!
It's still amazing he lasted that long. The game is fairly intense...no breaks really except for the 15 second in between wave intermission thing. I guess that's long enough to quickly piss into a bucket.
just make sure later you pick up and drink from the glass...not the bucket!
No..the date shown is the date that score was submitted to the new scoreboard web site/format.
Tons of scores will have similar dates. I think it's also not changed unless the exact date is actually known.
it would be nice if they could manually adjust the year of these old scores though so we at least know what year.
It would be nice to see the guy play it via TGTS. At TGTS, you don't earn any shields....and start with 6...so 6 mistakes is all you get...then game over!
I think Robert said he did hes 300M 21 years ago, it took 49,5 hours.

Brandon has done it, I think hes at TG 2nd place with OVER 20 MILLION POINTS!!! That is some score!
Mind you when you're playing SW using TG tournament settings it's not wise to use force much, so it takes several hours to do a 20 million score, with only 6+1 mistakes.
I advice you to read hes post at TG forums, after the marathon...It's same time very interesting, hilarious and scary. He tells how he had hallucinations at later stages of hes marathoning: http://www.twingalaxies.com/forums/view ... 8&start=24
