Quickie System16 update - Sound in Cotton.

http://mahlemiut.marpirc.net/system16.c.zip
EDIT: updated driver to show correct DIP switches, as per test mode.

Switched driver "type" to use the uPD7759.

Had to 'block out' sound codes over 0x60, so that all sound doesn't fade out at the beginning of stage 1.

There doesn't seem to be any sounds obviously missing, but if there are, then the limit on the sound codes could be altered easily.

Have fun.

http://mahlemiut.marpirc.net/malzaksrc1905.zip -- current driver status

Still need to figure out how the different sets of terrain data are swapped in and out. Currently it uses the Malzak II terrain data for both "versions" (version is set in test mode - got to figure out how that is controlled, too)

Added SHA1s and support for the POT switch on the board. Position 1 to play normally, position 4 then reset to go to test mode. From what I understand, the board may have a reset button used along with the switch as well. This could be implemented as an input port, hopefully (would allow resets to work in INPs at least :))
