mame92 and before
Difficulty = "MEDIUM"
After 4 stages = "CONTINUES"

mame93 and after
Difficulty = "EASY"
After 4 stages = "END"

we should allow the use of old settings for those games.

I imagine that was for giving only special rules edit rights, not other rights to edit stuff...Not that it would really matter one way or other if I had full editing rights. Either way, hope something happens soon, maybe.
