i use the new script to upload scores .

click "sign up"
jump through a few hoops to verify your email address and give your personal information
go to your profile
click "bank accounts"
jump through a few hoops to associate your checking account with your paypal account (they will actually make a deposit(s) of a few cents to your account which you will verify to prove that you are the owner of the account)
then you will be able to upload funds from your checking account to your paypal account and use the funds there to pay anyone who takes paypal
