- GUI defaults to 0 for cheats (matches comandline default)
- sound/nosound stored, and forced for playback.
- CPU type detection, so that clock speed means more for recent CPUs.

It would be real helpful if you all out there could test this - especially the CPU type detection (displays CPU type in the console on playback).

(No)sound enforcement and CPU display works. Didn't check the the cheats default.

The CPU display could be a bit more specific though.

I don't really want to go into any further detail checking the CPU type, as it would add a fair bit more code. I want to keep it as simple as I possibly can.
