I think we should allow all coordinators and the editors to post news on the MARP server.
That way it shows that MARP is actually very active and caring in the emulation/high score community.
Of course - one shouldn't abuse that power, and that responsibility should be taken away if it does...
But that's just me... what do you all think?

I should also say that if this carries through, those coordinators that do have the power should only post what they're coordinator for.
For example, Weehawk should only post about regulation material, and I should only post about the Time Trail competition and anything regarding the elections, and so forth.
Barry, the assistant web maintainer, and Zwaxy, the founder, should be the only ones that can post about *anything*.
