compgolf scoring

Post by Francois Daniel »

Hello

I just play to competition golf, and it seem they're no continue on it. So we cant use the usual rule for golf game.

But...

I think Dan don't use the right scoring. He complete the 9 holes of the game with a score of -10 and 74 is 100 - (36-10) the rule for some crgolf games.

But we can't continue or use 6 credit at once with this game

So what scoring we use ? I've an inp where I reach 6th hole but if I use the same rule I've a score above Dan's one.

Are 9 holes are there are for the game?

You could always take an approach similar to what MARP has for Birdie King. 10 points per hole played then subtract relation to par.

In his case this would mean 90 - (-10) = 100.

if you played 6 holes and were +4 for the 6 holes that would be

60 - (+4) = 56.

What he did though follows those where you can complete the entire course. If the game is only 9 holes, and completing the 9 holes on 1 credit isn't that difficult, then perhaps what he did was fine.

I have not played that one. I'll have to look it up to see what version of MAME that one was added.
