well it still didn't playback to the advertised score but any new recordings won't be "safe" if you use the nvram folder and don't playback verify your recordings with an official mame with out cheat enabled.

Correctly plays back in MAME32 0.34b6 with DirectSound under Windows XP, no throttle.
