Strikers 1945 secrets (like the Gunbird train) and 2nd round

In Strikers 1945, there is a secret Gunbird train in the
German town in 1-1--thanks to WRX2's s1945j's replay for
showing me this. Are there any similar secrets in the other
stages?

Also, for a given random stage in the second round, is the
stage the same difficulty regardless whether it's chosen
as 2-1, 2-2, 2-3, or 2-4?
