Thrash Rally split

Since everyone else is discussing splits at the moment and I felt a bit left out, I found a split of my own to request.

You can choose between two different ways to play in Thrash Rally (trally).

1. You play up to five different races. In each race you must finish as 6th or better to continue. You get points depending on what place you finish. This is the way all games in marp are scored today.

2. You can also choose to race the African part of Dakar-Paris. This race is scored by your finishing time.

The gameplay is similar in both cases, but they have different courses, different ways of scoring and different high-score lists, which should qualify it for a split.

Now we only need a way to score the game.

I think the upper bound for a complete games is 4 minutes. Let's say 5 to be on the safe side. You have to complete the entire race to get a time.

Since 5 minutes is 300 seconds and your time includes 1/100 seconds, we could use

score = 30000 - 100 * nr of seconds in finishing time.

Sounds ok?
