http://marp.retrogames.com/exe/alphadmame-070u1-1.zip (DOS console)

Based on MAME 0.70u1. PPro optimised.

Added rand() fixes for Centipede bootlegs and Namco NB-1.

The domain should resolve for everybody now, it was a problem with my configuration. Some of the nameservers were updated, but not all.

Now to get Barry to use that instead of ztnet, which has stupid linking restrictions.

http://marp.retrogames.com/exe/alphamame-070u2-1.zip (Win32 console)
http://marp.retrogames.com/exe/xalphamame-070-1.tar.bz2 (Linux console)

Linux version now uses the C 68000 core to keep in line with the DOS and Windows versions. Inps don't appear to be compatible now however. Not sure why, but Bubble Memories certainly doesn't seem to be.

I'd upload to http://alphamame.marpirc.net/ but I couldn't because someone forgot about the space quotas. #-o

Oops, I forgot about that ;)

Fixed now, though.

I'd say Cygwin is overkill for most people.

i agree, the only reason i suggest it was because someone who wants xalphamame can't be unfamiliar to unix, unless i guess he just wanted to compare the source to regular mame, it's a bit different. and maybe kale hadn't heard of it yet, it's a godsend for the people who hate windows.
