Hi all,
Just been having a look at acitya & bwcasino & I think these need a split. The key layout is kind of weird, but there are three seperate games available:
Poker
Blackjack
Hi-Lo
Once you've inserted a credit you'll see five arrows at the bottom of the screen. Numbered from left to right (1-5), the key layout is as follows:
1 - Up
2 - Left
3 - Right
4 - Down
5 - Button 1
To confirm your choices throughout the game, Button 2 is used.
Atlantic City Action (acitya) / Boardwalk Casino (bwcasino)

It doesn't?Barthax wrote:At first bwcasino may appear to be non-random. It's not the case, it's just crap at being random - depends on when you insert a coin & then what you do with your cards, they appear to be the only factors. The acitya set do not appear to suffer from this trait.
It does for me. There are 5 possible set of cards you get depending on when you insert your coin, they are:
1 - Before it shows the first card in the intro.
2 - After it has shown the first card.
3 - After the second card.
4 - After the third card.
5 - After the fourth and last card, and it doesn't matter how long time you wait.
Now its just trial and error until you find the best moment to insert your coin. So far, I think its doing like I do in my recording:

I haven't tried the clone and I've only tried it on Poker in acitya, but its probably the same thing. I think these games should be archived.

I've just tried 'bwcasino' and its the same. Here you can insert your coin while it shows one of the first four cards, and then after each new card given which gives you 4 or 5 different set of cards to play with. All we have to do is to wait and see who gets the highest score, and then copy that game.
So both 'acitya' and 'bwcasino' should be archived.

I concur. There appears to be very little randomness in both games. I'm not sure what lead me to initially believe acitya was not affected. It definitely is.
Archive away.
The only possible challenge someone might see in this is being able to max the score. It appears the "randomness" is linked to the attract mode's dealing of cards. Wait for another round of cards to be dealt, or a single card if the attract mode is mid-game, then the "randomness" changes. Still predictable after each time.
