Shiruru's YMZ280B core, and Kale's Grand Striker driver no longer compile in 0.68. YMZ280B sound IRQ callback function is disabled once again.
Other fixes are listed in the docs.
Twinbee Yahhoo! at 60/60 fps = teh l33t.

Slower than the previous version - higher optimisations cause GCC to require around 300MB of RAM or so to compile x11_window.c. But it does have Athlon-specific optimisations this time, but should still work on other x86 CPUs.
