quick question - F10???

i would like 2 know is it legall to speed up the emulation by pressing F10 while recording an inp?

During the countdown on Deco cassette games is fine. I can't think of any other situation where you would need to speed up a game though.

when?
for example while the rom is loading - is boring in mikie or in mappy or some other games to wait some secunds. with pressing F10 is a little bit faster and while u trying and trying it can be even a 2 minutes

I usually use "speed up" at safety-spot of non-shootings.
for example stage 8 boss of raiden.
