playsback fine XP, cli, sound, fs0 (didn't try no throttling)

mame61w.exe sngkace -playback inptmp -volume -22 -noafs -nohws

works in both 98 and xp (tell me why i'm suprised about that...)

I don't think I've messed with a mame.ini before. This go in the main dir or the ini dir?

i think you have to create the mame.ini to use cli mame? maybe not but it's what they say to do.

mame --createconfig
