Should Level Select be allowed in any version of US Game's Brick Break or Brick Break II?

I think it would be lame to have a player keep selecting Level 1 over and over just to get a high score, so let's stop it before it starts.

Hmmm, I don't think that's necessary. The 2/3 majority rule only applies to major MARP rule changes and does not affect polls about changes in games like this or the scoring system.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

But 50% is not a majority. :) Anything over 50% is.

yeah, another vote with disputed non majority votes should be placed. But frankie is right 50.00001% would have been a majority here.
